At Ozone Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brew. While we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee due to its perishable nature, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges on all brewing equipment and merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that opened bags of coffee beans are non-returnable.

Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Securely pack the items in their original box and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation email to ensure fast processing.
